I used to snap a pic of my coffee mug with my camera phone and send it to my friend who lives far away. It was a way to say "Grab a cuppa & meet me online!" If time permitted, we'd chat and catch up. Now, it has become a daily ritual and includes more friends! I use it as a way to get my creative juices flowing and as a way to say a quick hello. Evening break tag from work with a yummy "Jill" cookie. Thanks Pattii & Jill.

Seriously sweet children's book. I went to Quincy's book fair thus morning and spied this on the shelf. It caught my eye. I love this song by Bob Marley. I flipped through the pages. The illustrations are endearing. There is a Bob Marley quote in the back that the author (Bob Marley's daughter) that sealed the deal and I had to have the book for my Mimi book collection. The quote is: "Children is wonderful, a part of my richness."
