I used to snap a pic of my coffee mug with my camera phone and send it to my friend who lives far away. It was a way to say "Grab a cuppa & meet me online!" If time permitted, we'd chat and catch up. Now, it has become a daily ritual and includes more friends! I use it as a way to get my creative juices flowing and as a way to say a quick hello.
