I used to snap a pic of my coffee mug with my camera phone and send it to my friend who lives far away. It was a way to say "Grab a cuppa & meet me online!" If time permitted, we'd chat and catch up. Now, it has become a daily ritual and includes more friends! I use it as a way to get my creative juices flowing and as a way to say a quick hello. Feeling pretty excited and happy this lovely sunny Friday! It's official! All of our paperwork has come back from underwriting again. Everything is good to go! We are buying a house! We close next Friday! Bring on the pikes of cardboard! ;)
